Astronomers find new species of star in galaxy!

A new species of star is discovered recently! The discovery of a team of international astronomers, however, indicates the same. Scientists have found a star in the Milky Way galaxy 25,000 light-years away. It is flickering. But a few days ago, the brightness was almost wiped out. The star is named VVV-WIT-08. Scientists say that it is very rare for a star to lose its luminosity and become shiny again.

Dr. Leigh Smith, of the Department of Astronomy at Cambridge University, led the study. He is accompanied by scientists from the University of Edinburgh, Hertfordshire and Warsaw in Poland. They think that the star was probably adopted because another larger star or planet moved in the same straight line. But that is not the case. Dr. Sergei Koposov of the University of Edinburgh says: Now we can only imagine what the source is. Britain-based scientists have discovered two more strange giant stars, such as the VVV-WIT-08. Their idea is that perhaps a new species of flickering star has been found.
